Hi For self ligating braces you require only fewer  appointments to make adjustments and increased comfort because of low-profile brackets and no ties You will have efficient tooth movement in shorter time .It's cost effective . Best option will be self ligating compare to conventional braces .

If u r financially sound and can spend money go for self ligating brackets. Treatment Duration of self ligating brackets is less than conventional ones

Self ligating is good since no rubber bands are necessary. The clips on the braces hold the wire in place. It is easier to maintain oral hygiene with this
