Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am a 16-year-old boy and on my recent visit to the dentist’s, I discovered I had a decayed tooth. I was surprised because I brushed and flossed twice every day and this was a shocking thing to me. I want to know what the causes of tooth decay are and learn what wrong I had done in my oral hygiene routine.

Due to lung infection, I frequently cough blood. Though the treatment has been effective and the quantity of blood has lessened quite a lot, but due to the prolonged coughing, I have developed a very sore throat. It hurts to speak and sometimes even to eat or drink. Please tell me how to cure coughing blood sore throat?

Today morning, I started spitting blood without coughing. Out of nowhere, there was huge amounts of blood but there were no signs of vomit or nausea either. Every morning, since the past 5 days, I experience blood in cough. I don’t understand the reason behind this. I neither feel sick nor have faced any headaches. Can a medical practitioner please tell me why do I get blood in cough in morning first time? Your able guidance will prove extremely beneficial for me. I have scheduled a doctor’s appointment as well.

Today morning I was coughing up bright red blood and then instantly felt nausea and almost fainted. Can someone please tell me what should I do? My upper left wisdom tooth is slightly protruding outside for over a year, but since last few days it seems to cut my cheek and now everytime I close my mouth or chew some food, it pains in the cheek. There is no pain in gum or the tooth. Is there an effective alternate method to deal with this other than extraction?
