Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have this recently started tingling sensation of lips and tip of the tongue. It majorly occurs after a sleep and mouth feels extremely dry. This is happening since the last two days. I had cold and cough, for which I took Cheston Cold tabs. I have diabetes as well and am taking Gluconorm G2. Pls suggest what could be the diagnosis so I could visit the doctor. Regards.. Lakshman

Every morning of the last week started with a throbbing pain in one of teeth. It doesn’t last very long, only for 15-20 minutes, but the short-lived pain hampers my work and makes me extremely irritated. I have crowned my root canal teeth after 1 month of completion of root canal.But 2-3 days of crowing,there is swelling and pain in both that teeth as well as upper teeth where it rests.
