While drinking cold water and eating sweets mine tooth is paining much. Plse advice me to take care it. Not able to eat sweet and drinks cold water

Sensitivity/pain on eating sweet and cold is a sign of hypersensitivity. U may have tooth decay or may have some tooth wear. Plz get it checked by a dentist as this could be the first sign of decay and may go unnoticed if neglected.
