Hello doctor Last year I done tooth extraction...nw I want to put dental bridge in that place..but it almost one year finished..nw can I put dental bridge or it's too late for that dental bridge

I have this recently started tingling sensation of lips and tip of the tongue. It majorly occurs after a sleep and mouth feels extremely dry. This is happening since the last two days. Every morning of the last week started with a throbbing pain in one of teeth. It doesn’t last very long, only for 15-20 minutes, but the short-lived pain hampers my work and makes me extremely irritated. I would really appreciate if dentists can tell me how to stop throbbing tooth pain that comes and goes?
