Hi Bad breath is due to excessive deposition of tartar . First do general cleaning and start using mouthrinse . As general health ,if you have severe gastric acidity you may get bad breath . Take big amla fruit daily once . Visit the  general physician too.

it might be due to your last molar teeth(wisdom teeth) which might be partially erupted leaving a small gap between the last teeth and the adjacent teeth creating a space for the food lodgement ,which might be inaccessible to clean irresspective of twice brushing and using a mouth wash . 1.swish ur mouth after every meal or snack. 2.use a extended bristles tooth brush ,where u can clean inaccessible areas. 3.because ur just 22......check with an x ray ....to know the status of the wisdom tooth eruption. 4.if the x-ray hows a impacted wisdom teeth...then surgical extraction is advisable. the other possibility might be u have a cavity....which need a filling ....so that there wont be any food lodgement.

Hi mam..   Bad breathe may be due to soft and hard deposits(plaque and calculus) which leads to Gingivitis.. Eventhough you brush twice daily there is always some inaccessible areas that needs to be cleaned ( scaling and polishing) by dentists... Bad breathe may also due to Gastric problems(Gastric ulcer).
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist and get your teeth cleaned... If the bad breathe is due to gastic problems then consult with gastroenterologists

The reason of bad smell from mouth is due to either improper brushing technique and accumulation of food or due to some medications.Try Coolora mouthwash, but the most important thing is to get scaling done by a dentist.
