Unable to eat due to mouth ulser

Last 3 days I am not able to eat properly due to pain in my mouth.. & I am taking Becelac fortz for for it.. Will it help??

It depends whether the pain is in mouth or in teeth. Uf pain is in tooth then v need to have x ray and if pain is in mouth then where. Fot the bein take diclomol two tines and do warm saline rinses

For mouth ulcers apply hexigel or dologel on the affected area 5-6 times a day . Avoid hot and spicy food. Continue becelac forte for 2 weeks or so. Normally ulcers take upto a week or 10 days to heal
