Hello sir, the first thing you have to do is, quit smoking... Consult with a Dentist nearby... Apply kenocart gel and take SM fibro tablet morning and night after food for 10 days... Avoid spicy food for few days...

Get scaling and polishing done from a dentist to reduce mouthodor. Gargle with mouthwash like Colgate plax 2-3 times a day. Brush twice a day. Avoid hot and spicy food. Add an anti oxidant tablet to your diet daily
