Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi. My brother is 6-years old and he coughed up a lot of blood today morning. Our parents or elder siblings are out of town and I’m worried for his well-being. Can someone please tell me what happens if one coughs up blood? Is it the sign of an infection, food poisoning, intake of wrong medicine? He has no other ailments, kindly provide the needed inputs.

I generally brush more than 10 mins in morning and sometimes in the night also. Still my tooth are getting yellow slowly. Also the breath becomes smelly after 8-9 hours or even less. Smelly breath comes usually if I keeps shut my mouth for some hours. What is cause behind this? How can I get rid of this? Thanks in advance.

Hello Doctor, I wanted to seek an opinion on the condition with my wife molar teeth. She has one milk molar teeth which is now affected with major cavity. She has been advised to get it extracted and go ahead with an implant. 2nd option is to go ahead with a bridge treatment. I have too much  sensitivity as well as pain in root of my one of front lower teeth. Which sensodyne tooth paste should I try ? Sensodyne Rapid Relief or Sensodyne Repair and Protect. Just want to see the effect for 3-4 days if problem persists, I will visit doctor.
