X-ray definitely suggestive of decay which is deep. It has to go for rct. Kindly go ahead with RCT before the infection progresses to much.

As seen in x ray both the teeth can be given a try by removing the carious part and apply dical base and do the temporary filling. If there will be no pain for 2 3 days then v can go for permanent restoration
Hi
The cavity over the teeth seems to be deep which involves the pulp(core of the tooth). But if it's not giving any symptom we can try doing temporary restoration and will wait & watch .But in future it will require Root canal therapy .
The tooth which shows cavity in the xray needs root canal treatment. Excluding root canal treatment other option would be only extraction.
Filling is not advised in that tooth. In case filling is done, it may cause severe pain or can lead to death of the tooth which may case problems in future.
One of the teeth will probably be okay with the filling. The other one you have to be prepared that if it hurts after the filling, it will require a root canal treatment.
