First of all,do some warm salt rinses 4 to 5 times daily ti reduce pain,avoid chewing from painful side,eat soft food for some days .Get an X-ray asap to get treatment and relief from pain.

Hi First clarify with the source of pain. If it's tooth pain take pain out gel and place it over the tooth for immediate relief. Take ketoral dt tablet twice daily . Consult with the dentist for cavity status and proceed it earlier .
