How many teeth ,what is the exact problem?is there any pain if yes then how and when does it pain?also mention the swelling present if any,Plz give me all the details about condition of gums,number of teeth involved etc

The description that you are mentioned is insufficient to arrive at a rational diagnosis to your problem. It could be due to deposits On The Teeth causing gum inflammation or even cavity in one or more of the teeth.

It could be irritation of the gums caused by tartar. If that is the case it would require scaling ( cleaning) of teeth. Applying gumex/ zingisol may give some relief as they are gum astringents.
