Every morning I wake up wid cramping dull pain in below abdomen which becomes fine as day passes. I also get frequent urge to poop n excrete small amounts 3-4 times a day.. this has led me to deep distress n isolation from family events due to fear of rushing to bathroom I had colonoscopy 2.5 year ago- mild proctitis n SRUS.. MRI last year- normal... no occult in stool My doctor written equiset twice for this Plz advise.. doc says it's IBS

Is fresh blood in stool a matter of concern. i somedays see little blood in the stool. I first saw it two years back after having iron tablets. Now I frequently experience it What should I do. I am 23 years old.
