After wakening up in the morning I am taking one liter of water and after 15 minutes time and after motion, I am taking deltone 30 mg gastric tablet, is it a good practice to take tablet after drinking water or do i need take tablet without taking one liter water. Please suggest Sir

During diagnostic tests, after acute stomach pain experienced by my wife aged 60 years, the doctor had got the amylase and lipase tests done. The value of which have been detected as 51 unit ( amylase)and 111 unit (lipase). Is this normal or indicates some clinical symptoms ? What precaution or treatment is warranted to avoid such pain ?
