I am having pain in right lower abdomen(not only pain but i will say seems  some nerves stiff or something similar,always heavy or I can't explain properly but something not correct) ,it is from 2 months and i did ultrasound but nothing came in that,i took antacid but it is as is, pls suggest what it can be and is there any test or something which can be done to diagnose this,also i notice pain in right lower leg fingers  sometimes in morning but i am not sure if both these are interrelated.pls help

Can acidity or acid reflux cause throat constriction ? I have just recovered from covid. I am suffering from acidity and gastricitis. Is it possible that this may be the reason for throat constriction, dry throat and ocassional coughs. All symptoms are minor as of now.
