  4. Abdomen pain in the left side. The food?

Abdomen pain in the left side.
Since past 5 days I have been noticing a slight pain in the left side of the stomach. Lower abdomen pain. I have been eating brown rice off late and since 2 days I am having white rice. Is there a possibility of getting pain due to shift in the intake of the food?
