Whatever I eat there's a burning sensation in the food pipe. Food doesn't get digested easily. Does this cause bad breath?

This is my 5th day of H pylori treatment... I am taking Colloidal bismuth, tetracycline, metronidazole, levosulpride and esomeprazole.. Is it ok to feel nauseated with this medication? I am feeking weak and tired.. Thete is fatigue... As after meals i have to take tablets i have to drink lots of water i feel like the food is still there in my stomach for a long time..

I have pinching pain near half inch of my navel to the right side .. i m diagnosed with pcos .. is this pain is due to pcos .. i have constipation and gas issue but now a days constipation issue is solved .. once in three four months i see blood in my stool due to hard stool .. in april my ultrasound report show only pcos .. is this pinching pain near navel in the right side of stomach is serious issue or i m suffering from appendix or its not that serious .. plz answer..
