Dear sir I am Vimlesh Mehta I have digestive problems...some time feeling heavy chest...some time will go for motion 2 to 3 time in day

I was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome couple of months ago. The doctor prescribed some medicines and there was relief from the symptoms for a while. But now, I have severe stomach ache every day. It's a cramp-like ache accompanied with nausea. I've tried reducing food intake and stopped taking spicy/fatty foods, but there is no change. Please advise as this is very debilitating and I am unable to work or do anything productive.

23year old male. Bmi 27 Do changing dietary habits , reduction of fatty food , having small meals , including fruits  , leaving smoking , reducing weight .  can reverse the hyperacidity state into normal gastric acid secretion ?

Hi, I got my CBC done which shows lymphocyte at 43 and Absolute lymphocyte count at 3.20. Rest markers are within limits. I am having some stomach problems like acid reflux and upset stomach( probably due to IBS). Are these markers fine if other markers of CBC under limit?

Feel a strong urge for defecation after having meals. Can not hold food in stomach for more than 3-4 hours, digests so quickly. Have to run to washroom immediately after every having meal.

I feel like something is stuck in my chest and then a burp comes and becomes normal but the feeling comes back again and same thing happens. Also after heavy meals like lunch and dinner, there is too much burping and it feels like food has come up my chest.

I am undergoing HP kit course for my stomach infection.. But I am an allergic rhinitis patient too.. And I used to take Montek plus during my allergy attacks, which helps me in breathing properly in those days.. Otherwise its blocked nose and wheezing in throat. My query is : Can I take Montek plus during HP kit course? Kindly help urgently

Tomorrow morning I am planning for covidshield Vaccination, but i had gaviscon. I belief it won't problem can i go for Vaccination? Later 12hrs i might get INJECTION

Hi Doctor, 1.5 months back I got diagnosed with grade 2 fatty liver. Ang my sgpt was 145.started taking urcosol 300 and vitamin e tablets and sgpt got reduced to 48 , so is my fatty liver got cured?

I am burping all the time.. Too much acidity and heaviness. Body pain. I am having borderline cholesterol. Taking antacid pantop d 40mg
