I am Male and at age of 31,i complain abdomen cramping before 15 days,today I see bleeding in stool without any abdominal complain..so is it due to piles or other thing??.so is it require colonoscopy ? What is probability of colon polyps?

Sir in September I qas diagnosed with pangastritis.Pangastritis means it's acute or chronic gastritis?

I suffer from hard stool. First part of stool that passes is very very hard and rest our completely normal. But the first part is hard. I drink 2 ltrs of water every day and even eat fruits. Please help why is this happening
