Excessive gas with garlic onion some food consumption for long time. Lactose intolerance Not able to eat anything due to this

Since one and half months experiencing bloating throughout day,  mild abdominal pain and extreme tiredness and feeling sleepy.  Consulted a nearby clinic and advised USG- shows only GRADE 2 FATTY LIVER. I am taking Thyronorm 88 MCG and Telmisartan 40 for hypertension. Is this bloating age related , will there be any solution for this. Kindly seeking valuable suggestions.

I was suffering from chest pain one month ago. I went to the doctor and he suggested x ray and ecg. Both were almost normal only chest x ray shoes mild opacity in left lung. Then I went to do a CT scan of my abdomen and HRCT of the chest. Chest scan came normal. But the abdomen report shows the fatty liver, dilated bowels filled with feces and multiple subcentimeters lymph nodes in different parts of the body. I am taking meds for acidity and enzymes.  My chest pain has subsided significantly. Please review my report and guide me for further action.

Lot of problem with digestion. Am diabetic patient and always am taking medicine when stomach upset. Taking Gas related tablet and antacid. How can improve my digestion. Having non veg in night time also issue. Without medication how can I improve my digestion

No proper motion,constipated all the time , bloating issues ....stomach not clean ...Cold feet ,pain in the foot ,cannot sleep sound at night,acne and hairloss

I have been having pain in the food pipe for 2 days and also in the throat and difficulty while swallowing food.

Motion is not going well, initially separate hard lumps like nuts from the past 1 Month. This happened once I got a fever last month. 3 months ago it also happened like this, later became normal. What to do ?

My stomach keeps getting upset whatever I eat. I have had stomach related issues since a long time but it wasn't this bad. Initially few weeks back it was constipation then now since few days it is this. Today it's paining in the upper part of the stomach. I have visited the washroom at least 5 times today. And due to prolonged sitting my legs are also paining. Can someone please suggest some quick solution until I can visit the doctor this week?

My father and my grandmother both have genetic liver problems which results in excess bilirubin levels they both have bilirubin levels around 2 mg/dl but other hand i have bilirubin level apprx 8-10 mg/dl . I want to know whether it can be treated permanently or not bcz i'm suffering alot 😔
