Continues stomach problem
I am 25 year old and healthy,however i am facing problem of bad acidity since months. Also i have started facing loose motions problem. If i eat outside or i eat spicy food , the very next hour i start facing loose motions. I dont face stomach ache. Burping and farting is increased. Please advice for this serious issue

My vitamin B12 level is 138 from 2 years. I get motions thrice day. I have taken vitcofol injection 5 doses of 2 ml but dint find any difference. Recently I heard about metacobalmin tab, can I take that ? What is the dosage? Is there any other treatment please suggest. Thank you
