Hi Sir, i got an USG of my whole abdomen as i was sufering from weight loss constipation and lots of weknes.The reports shows the liver is mildly enlargd(14.8cm)& increased parenchymal echo genecity.. i consulted a physician.he gave me a tablet colospa retard 200 mg.is it ryt cure?and wots da diet i should take now?

Stomach ache
Stomach ache since 3 months. No particular time. Everywhere like upper lower middle left right. No other symptoms.once left once right etc . Stools right after i eat anything. Sometimes pulsating. Lower back pain. Sometimes left sometimes right. Regular period. Stomach ache stops for sometime and then it comes back.

Migrane due to indigest
Severe headache starts between 3 to 5 am and rests for the whole day, whenever some heavy food or late night food has been in taken. It increases in noon. Nosia also starts and high burning starts in chest. White colored vomit comes which is very acidic. Problem is since last 17-18 years. Frequency increased.

Pain under left rib cage?
Having problem from past 3years. Feels like something is there under rib cage. Cannot sleep on my stomach. Left rib cage sticking out. Hunger pangs, bloating. Pain is always there and increases after eating. Feel very low and blah! Feeling. Also a painful lymph node above the rib near pain area.

I have acidity & gas problem. Whenever I face such problem I take topcid -40 tablet .Is this safe/ right choice for my problem? Please suggest me some tips to avoid such problem.

Burp issue
Since few months I have to forcefully burp since it does not come automatically and I feel uneasy if I don't burp it's like gas is stuck on stomach n throat and not able to come out.
