Vitamin b12 defency
My vitamin B12 level is 138 from 2 years. I get motions thrice day. I have taken vitcofol injection 5 doses of 2 ml but dint find any difference. Recently I heard about metacobalmin tab, can I take that ? What is the dosage? Is there any other treatment please suggest. Thank you

hey Hydroxocobalamin injections - this is a form of B12. It is injected into a muscle every two to four days. After about six injections, the patient should have a good store of B12.
In the majority of cases, the patient will notice significant improvements in symptoms soon after receiving injections.
but I cannot suggest drug and dosage here ,you have to consult physician .
