Vitamin b12 defency

My vitamin B12 level is 138 from 2 years. I get motions thrice day. I have taken vitcofol injection 5 doses of 2 ml but dint find any difference. Recently I heard about metacobalmin tab, can I take that ? What is the dosage? Is there any other treatment please suggest. Thank you
