Acidity since 4 years

Non stop burps & belching
I'm a software engineer by profession and in the past few months I've started to get uncontrolled burps and sometimes acidic refluxes. It feels very odd because I get that even when empty belly. The only time when I'm not burping is while lying down or sleeping.
