Congestion and breathless
For past 10 months I am feeling congestion in chest and sometime a slight pain. I thought it might be because for heart issue, so I did a ecg, 2D echo and stress test all came out normal. Local doctor prescribed PAN D 2 a day. have been taking PAN D now for around last 5 months. This not helping either. Please suggest.

Pain in stomach
Hi Doctor, my mother gets pain in her stomach. Just below the ribs i went to general physician and consulted got ultra sound done, blood test done, endoscopy done too and even CT scan but nothing came into it. So i am worried what is it. The pain is like pricking. Any suggestion

Took much time in toilet.
I take very much time in toilet. It always feels that my stomach is not evacuated even after spending 1 hour in toilet. If i come out of toilet early than i feel stomach pain and heaviness and full of gases in stomach. I drink lots of water and do not eat oily or outside foods. I am feeling this problem about 20 years.

Ulcer in intestine
My sister has an ulcer in her intestine. The doctors said she might need this medicine called 'hydrocortisone steroid enema'. The problem is that i am not finding this medicine in any medical store. Please would you suggest me any medical store in which i can find this medicine.

Pin point pain sometimes
Feeling pin point pain sometimes in a day in chest. Sometimes in center, left and right of chest. Pain is like for 3 or 4 second. And also feeling some burning sensation sometimes. Please advise.

Throat infection
I suffer from frequent throat infection and stomach bloating as well.

Severe Anal Fissures
I have been suffering from anal fissures problem since more than 4 months. Sometimes it starts after my morning stools or sometimes in the middle of the day & persists for the entire day. I am even unable to walk properly. The pain in the anal area persists for the whole day & even I am unable to sit or sleep properly.

Don't feel hungry...
It's for my mother she is 67 years old . Having a history of high BP and Diabetes for last 10 yrs.
