Pain in stomach, chest
I m experiencing pain in stomach n chest from last 4 5 days. Also I had a treatment for Anal Fissure which is almost recovered. Burping n gases sometimes. Pain is mainly after having meals n in night. Also some fluid coming from belly part. My doc has given me PAN 40 tab for now. Can I get expert advice?
