Elevated Bilirubin level
My age 52. My LFT test results are Total Bilirubin 1.39mg/DL. Direct Bilirubin 0 .38mg/DL. SGOT 30u/l SGPT 50u/l.pl suggest how to reduce Bilirubin levels

Hello, I understand your concern. There are many factors that which increase the bilirubin levels. And the levels your reports showing a bit high. Nothing to worry about it. Spend 30 mins of time early in the morning before 9 am in sunlight and this will really help. After that avoid alcohol and smoking. Take soft diet with little protein in it. Reduce the oil content. Can have non veg once a week but not more. Thank you.
