I am suffering from mouth ulcers from 1 month. I took medicine but still problem is same. Please suggest me what should I do

Hey, it could be due to metabolic disturbance, trauma , hot food items, vitamin deficiencies etc.. Have buttermilk , curd ,tender coconut , apply local anesthestic gell ,take vitamin b syrup, avoid smoking ,alcohol ,
