Head pain and mouth bitter
My mouth is bitter from right side and i have headeche too. Which test I need to do. I have constipation issues for a while .but now when ever I eat anything it didn't digest properly I'll go to washroom after a while. Is it risky .

The combination of bitter taste in mouth, headache, and digestive complaints (constipation followed by poor digestion and urgency after eating) is commonly seen with acidity, bile reflux, or a mild liver/gallbladder issue â all of which are treatable. Bitter taste in the mouth often points to bile coming up from the stomach or a sluggish gallbladder. For tests, I would suggest starting with an Ultrasound of the abdomen (to check liver and gallbladder), Liver Function Test (LFT), blood sugar, thyroid profile, and a CBC. This is not risky if you get it evaluated, but ignoring it for long is not advisable. In the meantime, eat small frequent meals, avoid spicy and oily food, and drink plenty of water.
