Transient Gas problem
I experience gas problem under which my stomach will get tight and there will be light stomach ace. This though happens rarely but generally I have seen that it occurs while I am travelling or sitting in the same position for a long time. But if I lie down for a while or drink cold drink, it goes away.

Bloated stomach
Its been 2 months that I'hv started feeling a bloated stomach. It feels like something is pushing my stomach outwards and it no longer appears flat after tucking my shirt. Mild constipation is also present. I'hv started taking whey protein supple in these 2 months coz I do gyming and I drink alcohol 1-2 times a month.
