From last two week I m getting acidity,heart burn and all. Previously I took some medicine pan 40mg before food it was OK then I quit it.Now same problem I m getting. My lipase test came 166, I have lost 13 kg in 3 months and have pain in abdomen on left side going at back too. Doctor said it is pancreatitis nd there is no specific treatment only diet control is the solution. Is there any treatment available

Fatty liver Grade 1
My recent diagnosis (hepatitis panel) shows
Elevated parameters in LFT (GGT SGOT SGPT). All around 1.3 times of higher limit. Also it shows positive hepatitis A (anti hav total .17). Ultrasound shows fatty-liver grade 1. Fasting lipid serum shows everything normal.
Now, i want to know if i am in real problem ?

Chronic Pancreatitis
I have chronic calcific pancreatitis with dilated MPD and multiple calcification. Also have fatty liver with no attacks till date. I am under treatment and doc saying as there is no pain we should not touch the pancreas. He has prescribed me panlipase and exercise for fatty liver. Is this the right treatment???
