My daughter completed 11 years ,reporting pain for few min at the centre part of lower rib cage (upper abdomen) before food sometimes after food.She feels breathing congestion during pain. This is happening for last 6 months. She is going to karate . She is 29kgs. She is active but feels disturbed during this pain.

Vit D deficiency, low bmi

My bmi is 19. Trying to conceive. I eat healthy still my weight won't increase beyond 52kgs. (Ht_ 163cms). Vegetarian by diet. I eat fruits, p green leaves, all veggies, curds pulses n healthy stuff. Hardly eat any junk foods outside. Vitamin D was 9ng/ml last year which has now improved to 21ng/ml. Pls advice.

Stomach burning sensation

I often end up in stomach burning sensation while eating little spicy foods. Whenever I consume normal foods and sweets, won't feel any burning effect but when add a pinch of chilly powder or 2 pieces in my food immediately i feel irritation while swallowing them until it reaches stomach ending in burning sensation.
