Stomach pain

First light mild pain started in left lower abdomen during walk before 3months .then had red urine(no pain) and blood n stool.so did ultra sound nothing there.doctor said its urineinfection after a test.then stool sample test came negative doctor said. Doctor said it may because of ulcer ur stomach paining.then u may have piles so bloody stools.I'm also cOnstription mostly..now light pain is al over abdomen.my doubt s how come all symptoms of different disease occur at sametime?if I run I have more pain..(then I also have painfully periods from 1st periods.).currently this month I still didn't gt periods 15days delayed..

It may be due to fissures...Add fiber to your diet. Eating about 25 to 30 grams of fiber a day can help keep stools soft and improve fissure healing. Fiber-rich foods include fruits, vegetables, nuts and whole grains. You also can take a fiber supplement. Adding fiber may cause gas and bloating, so increase your intake gradually. Drink adequate fluids. Fluids help prevent constipation...consult gynecologists as your pain abdomen may be gynecological like pelvic inflammatory diseases etc.
