Gas Problem
After sleeping at 10, I end up waking up around 12 am everyday and feel restlessness in my body. I am awake for atleast for 2-3 hours because of this. Mostly It goes away when I eat something but sometime it does not. I have a feeling that it is related to any stomach ailment either gas or something else. Advise pls.

Trapped gas colonoscopy
2 days ago I had colonoscopy for hemorrhoids test. Since then I am having mild pain in my abdomen. Some times my abs also hurts. Hello, I heard that uric acid is the end product of protein digestion. My query is why did my doctor advise me to avoid tomato and green veggies to reduce the uric acid level? As far as I know tomato and green veggies don't contain any substantial protein content.

Pain of gas
