What is Duodenojejunostomy ? How it is done ? Which type of doctor can do it ? How much cost it ? Is there is another surgical treatment for superior mesentric artery (SMA) syndrome ? Please give me complete details regarding treatment of sma syndrome.

Can mucosal prolapse cause perianal fistula? ..I have a perianal fistula .I'm gonna do surgery. No diagnosis .all test results negative. I feel like I had mucosal prolapse for months.. Can it be the reason for fistula ?

I AM SUFFERING FROM PILES FROM LAST 3 YEARS CERTAIN MEDICATION HAS PROVIDED ME RELIEF & THERE WAS NO MAJOR PROBLEM SINCE 1 YEAR BUT SUDDENLY THE PILES HAS BECOME VERY SEVERE & ITS BLEEDING ENORMMOUSLY WHENEVER I WENT TO EXCRETE.

My dad had an episode of hematosis and is recently diagnosed with Fundal Varices, Splenomegaly. To stop hematosis we had glue treatment ((through endoscopy 2ml) as advised by Gastro. But after a month, he vomitted blood again and another glue session (through endoscopy 3ml) . The doctor advised that if he encounters another bleeding we could cosider TIPS as an option. However, there was no treatment/medication on the root cause which is on Liver and Spleen. Kindly advise whether the treatment is in going correct direction

When I stool, sometime fresh bleed occurs. This happens for four to five days in a month. There is no pain, there is no constipation like feeling but yes I have problem of stomatitis in mouth. Please advice me the best treatment without going for any surgery. Thanks.

Recently I've been facing this pain in the middle of my chest . Ive taken medicines consulting a doctor but after that the pain has reduced but now I have this feeling that something is stuck in my chest and even after drinking lots of water,this won't go away. Pain is there and I'm having lots of burps recently. 

Have lost appetite, fullness in stomach.not feeling tired although not eating,or eating very less, burning sensation in stomach during sleeping and acidity

Suffering from severe gastric problem. i had admitted in hospital and did all the testing and found it was due to gastric. She felt better and i have discharged from the hospital. Doctor has prescribed for tablets and syrup. Now again is complaining of stomach pain. After having the prescribed medicine, the pain reduces but again it is back. Can you please suggest what need to be done next ?

She is having piles or haemorrhoid externally.. we would like to know what food should she take to control and reduce the problem so she would not like to have surgery at this stage. Please list as many have and dont have food items. Thank you.
