Hi I have pain in right side abdomen since last 4 years. There is a specific point on right side on my stomach where I feel the pain when press that point. 2 years back I had ultrasound but it was all clear. I recently consulted a doctor who prescribed me clidinium bromide chlordiazepoxide and doxycycline hcl tablet along with esofag d capsule for one month , I took it for 15 days and after a gap of 7 days started it again. But I don't see any reduction in pain.infact I had issues while urinating. Please guide me what to do. Thanks

I have been suffering from vomiting from 4 years,recently I was diagnosed by the doctors from ILBS Hospital New Delhi,there was no problem in my stomach as the reports in the endoscopy and biopsy of liver were normal,certain blood test were also done but they yield normal reports.Doctor further stated that the reason behind my vomiting is hyperacidity and prescribed me 2 months medicine.i would like to inform you that I always suffer from acidity in first half of the day.Please kindly inform me how to cure my hyperacidity problem.Thank you

My wife is ascites patient last 3 months. Liv er, kidney, heart & stomach is normal & there is no intestional tb , cancer & hepatitis c. All reports are normal. There no root cause found of ascites fluid can generate. Only total protein is low in LFT. Please tell us what will be the next test is required to find out the root cause or problem. I was taking tamoxifen and prednisone since 3 months for treatment of RPF but due to elevaled SGOT/SGPT my doctor has stopped tamoxifen and now iam taking 20 mg of prednisone only but 2 weeks after stopping the tamoxifen my sgpt still increased from 262 to 345 and SGOT from 113 to 162. Does prednisone also effect liver ?? If yes, what should i do to control that as i have to continue my rpf treatment as well. Thanks
