Inside my belly there is very much pain I feel, specifically in the lower portion, its paining frequently

I could hear sound from stomach, moreover its loud enough. What is the reason for it , is it something serious or diet problem ?

I have been diagnosed with IBS and H Pylori infection. I am on medication for H Pylori infection. I feel nausea and Stomachache after every meal. I also sometimes vomit and cannot empty my stomach because of constipation also I have headache and blurred vision. Dr has already told me that I will have nausea and these things for 10-12 days because of Ppi kit dosage. Please give any advice to avoid these symptoms.

Went for master health checkup recently and found that my Bilirubin total and indirect are at elevated levels. Never had jaundice before. Is there anything I should be doing to get this to normal? What could go wrong due to the elevated Bilirubin? I was suggested to go for LFT (optional) as everything else was in expected levels. Is there a reason Bilirubin can be at higher level when everything else is normal? Appreciate an insight on this. Thanks!

1 month ago i have been suffering from an extreme pain on my right side of my stomach. I have done diagonis of endoscopy and colonscopy just after the pain. Doctor told me that there is slight scour on my intestine. Therafter i take 2 month medication(medicine). I get some relief from it but there is also slight pain occurs on some day. I ask you that please diagonise the report and check whether the doctor give me right prescription or not. I also attach documents regarding this.

I am having acidity and heart burn issues from the last 4 years. It is not regular but still happens every week at least once. What is the best advice to stop these issues? I know i have to maintain proper diet and avoid spicy food but is that the long term solution?
