Stomach ache
She is having pain in upper and lower stomach for last 4 days. Whole abdomen ultrasound shows gal bladder is normal distended. The wall appear normal. No obvious mass lesson is seen. Multiple small 4-5 cm calculi are seen in the lumen. CBD is not dilated and measures 4.7mm Impression: cholelithiasia Please advise

Hello. Please contact a surgeon as she will need cholecystectomy (removal of gall bladder with the stones). Till those are removed, her abdominal pain will continue. Hope this helps.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Your pain is due to the the gall stones. You need to follow a strict diet. You need avoid fatty food. Drink lots of water. Consult a general surgeon in oerson for further evaluation and management. This needs to be managed surgically is all the medical means fail. Best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain.
