Stomach Problems & Remedies

My friend has started having heart burn, acid reflux, loose motions and nausea feeling all of a sudden for the past 3 days. Her profession keeps her occupied at one place with the computer for long hours daily and she depends on outside food for lunch and dinner daily. She is taking Norflox TZ tablet to control her motions but it's not helping her. ENO is giving her relief from heart burn for a couple of hours and again the same revives. Please suggest what should be done.

Sir, we have problem of indigestion and constipation. And Can't eat food according to hunger. Toilet takes a long time.

I am  having hypothyroidism and currently on thyroid medication (25mcg). From past few months I am dealing with constant bloating and constipation. I got checked for it and doctor prescribed me iron and calcium tablets (ferrous ascorbate & folic acid, calcium& vitamin d3) along with a syrup for liver related issues (if any). I am taking the prescribed medicines from past 3 days. My bloating and motions are well. But after taking medicine I feel vomiting, and tiredness. I am not sure whether I should continue them or stop them. Please help.

Sometimes there is bubbling in my stomach and belching is more , can it be also cause protein powder?? Actually my dermatologist suggest me follifood powder

Impression; hepatomegaly with hemangioma in segment VII of right lobe oo liver. A tiny cortical cyst ms- 8mm×5mm is seen in left kidney at upper pole s/o simple cyst. Urine re,me,cs, is normal Blood report - CBC, rft,lft,USG is Normal Plz advice
