Hello respected Doctors, Hope all of you are doing good. I am 39 yrs old unmarried woman. Past four days I am having burning pain and cramps in my lower right abdomen which radiates to one point on the Lower back. My periods are normal. I can feel the pain is like gastric pain. I don't have fever. No vomiting. I consume four meals everyday. I don't consume red meat. Have never consumed. This pain is very annoying. I see a little swelling on the right lower abdomen. It's little. Even when I am moving it hurts. My stools are healthy. Pass motion only once every day. No constipation. But I have been drinking less water due to the change in weather. The pain is near the navel and then shifts to lower right and back. My doctor who is a gastro is out of town. He's a nice doctor. I don't know what to do now till he arrives next week. Can I just go and do a CT scan of my abdomen. Your input would be appreciated. Pls help.

Hello Sir/ Madam, My daughter aged 5 got severe stomach ache and she couldn't able to eat properly. She is vomiting the food instantly after intake and she is neglecting to eat food as well. Respected Doctors , I have a fatty liver , maybe cirrhosis. My gums are bleeding for a couple of months. Is it serious? I do take alcohol daily . Now 10 ml 4-5 pegs . Before hard ones were there .

I am having acid reflux since last 3 weeks due to which my daily activities are hampered. I am not able to walk properly as chest pain begins. I'm also unable to sleep as i have a lot of pain in my neck. Ca anyone suggest some good medication for instat relief.

It is been 2 days continuously I'm experiencing burning sensation throughout my chest & stomach throughout the day almost & mild acidity also; it is very difficult to handle as I don't know what is wrong & how to get relief from this  I'm having burp & heavy feeling continuously. Most frequently I experience gas, burping & acidity. After meal sometimes I feel stomach & chest heaviness & mild pain. I have allergic rhinitis, other than that do not have any issue. Also I get acnes a lot since last 1.5 years & my face skin has become super oily, alongside dandruff issue is an add-on. I stay away alone for my work & eating schedule is irregular & I have to eat outside food. I used to smoke sometimes but I have stopped it now. Please guide me.

Hello, i had Typhoid 2 month back after all test and ultrasound all are normal and i back to my normal diet. After two months of Typhoid finish i heavy drink alcohol only for two days. But this time my hangover not like usual so i go to hospital and check my lft all the parameters are normal but bilirubin level is High Bilirubin Total 2.2 Bilirubin Direct 0.9 Bilirubin Indirect 1.3 And doc as to check ultrasound Ultrasound shows all normal in size no abnormalities found. Now my doc advised me to take ursodeoxycholic acid tablet and anti reflex tablet and say after 15 days we can repeat lft. I am worrying about this. Pls give me some advice

How much time does it take to get better? And can it be related to gallbladder stones?? Will the symptoms reduce if i get my gallbladder stones removed?
