Upset stomach with mild fever
My husband had fever for a day followed by mild upset stomach for a period of 2-3 days after he consumed outside food around 9-10 days back .Since then his stool is semi solid to semi liquid consistency only and with full meal food or  fiber rich or wholegrain he feels bloated and gets sick feeling with mild raised temperature upto 99.4.Is he infected with some stomach bacteria ? What diet to follow and any probiotics can help?
