Hello doctors, for acidity and ulcer one of the doctor suggested me to use Lifecid. Due to unavailability of Lifecid, i am using Omee gel mint flavour. I am using 5ml * 3 times a day. Is it safe to use for long time? Any side effects will be there? Please help

I am on a trip to Uttarakhand. While in the trip suddenly my stool frequency got highly increased. From 1 time in a day to 6-7 times. The stool is normal, though narrow with less to average quantity everytime. No pain felt yet. What can be the cause and cure? Anything to worry ? How to mitigate this atleast for the next 5 days till the trip ends ?

If I'm stressed a lot I get diarrhea once. Is the extreme anxiety of mine causing it? Morning I get normal stools.

Can western toilet seat shape cause hemorrhoids and fissure? I never had a history of hemorrhoids or fissure. I recently shifted to a new houser. Ever since i have been using the toilet in this house, i am facing hemorrhoids and 1 episode of fissure. I do not have constipation, i do not spend too much time on the toilet, i do not strain, yet i got a new external hemorrhoid today. Please advise if this is due to the toilet seat shape?
