Doctors, Mosapride tab 5mg before or after food for constipation ? I mean when should it be take before or after food ?

Hello sir i lost weight, I started noticing 2 months ago, firstl i thought it was because of my eating habits, than i corrected my diet, than also I am still losing weight, sometimes stomach pain will be there, no diarrhea, no constipation, but morning I pass bulky stools which often floats, I eat well even feel hunger, CECT abdomen and pelvis remotes are normal, blood investigations are also normal.

Hi, My concern is regarding excessive gas Formation. I get fresh everyday in the morning but I feel that my stomach is not fully cleared. I get excessive bloating in my lower abdomen. I have started medication as well. The first 2 days were fine but now I am feeling the same thing that in the morning itself gas starts happening and sounds start coming from the stomach. I am not able to understand the reason despite having a clean diet and exercise routine.

I ate spicy food (rice dish) home cooked on Thursday afternoon, and I've had severe stomach pain on my left side since then. Gas and frequency burps. No vomiting or loose motions. The 3rd morning and afternoon were fine, but the stomach began to hurt again during the night. I tried Digene and Gaviscon syrup and couldn't see the difference. Please advise on which medication I should take? What should I eat? Why is the pain only present at night?

Hi I drink carrot-beet juice every day. Sometimes I get reddish poop next day and sometimes it is golden. Is it because of juice or is it blood?

Can we take white flour and wine/beer/vodka in less quantity with gallstone specially when somedays symptoms  occur ? what kind of diet we should follow till the time we are not going for surgery ?

Hi, Now-a-days, In the evening, around. 7 - 8 pm , I feel bitter taste for water, also feel acidity & vomiting. If I vomit forcefully , some yellowish liquid + little undigested food comes out. After vomiting I feel very fresh and also that bitter water taste goes. Any reason why this is happening ? Any suggestions?

Doctors , When do h pylori test again after treatment ? I mean when patient completed h pylori medicine course So when do test again to confirm it does still h pylori present or not ?
