Is exercise is good for our health i do exercise every day but my parents think that my gas cause pain sometimes in my stomach its because of exercise but i don't think so, i do exercise regularly to reduce my weight that's why they have to talk to a doctor

I feel uneasyness(tolerable) in left keydney only. (Left back side below ribs) Uneasyness remains when I take vitamin suppliments and medicines. But no any sharp pain. KFT done all normal. Ultrasound shows all normal. Is it serious.

Hi, I having gastric issue from last 1 month , with symptoms like pain and burning sensation in abdominal not at any particular area , acidity, back pain, also my motion is not clear . Earlier also I have faced same issue but I have not done endoscopy and colonoscopy due to lockdown.. Plz suggest what to do. Current I am in medication.

Was h pylori positive and treatment was going on for the same , after 1 and a half month took the Urea breath test and it showed negative , endoscopy was done and the reports was gastritis with haital and h pylori , symptoms were reduced after a few days but now again gas is getting filled in the body and excessive pitta , after removing pitta getting comfort but gas still getting filled , why is this so ? , diet is simple non spicy and on time , why is this not getting cured from the root

Some times in morning my gas flows in reverse direction and i also have a mild dizziness how shall i subside this? This is really hampering my daily activity i dont have any pain...And is the dizziness linked wd gas at all? Also sometimes on a high pillow i feel dizzy... And can innear ear imbalanve trigger this gas formation?

Ate bad quality Paneer and having bloating and stomach pains since then. Even if i touch my tummy area it's paining. I also vomitted last night.
