Hi I am 32 yr I have cramping and pain in abdomen most of the times after eating and very noisy tummy also when I have to use washroom I have rush bcuz I am unable to control I also feel like using washroom when I am angry or tensed,I visited gastroenterologist and was told it's anxiety kindly suggest it's really embarrassing as I cannot go out always stay in home it's effecting my social life

I'm having constipation since few weeks and also, there's a small lump at the edge of the anus making it painful. There's no bleeding but it's a but painful. Any suggestions please?

About 15 days back, I had Nexito Plus tablet. 30 minutes after taking the tablet, I had major side effects, which started with diarrhea for the first 4 days. On the 4th day, when diarrhea stopped, i started developing acidity. My doctor prescribed NexPro 40 (1-0-1) along with Providac (1-1-1). Right now, my acidity has reduced. I do not have any symptoms of acidity such as burps or heartburn or discomfort in the upper stomach region. But i have mild discomfort in my lower abdomen region. I feel like gas filled in the lower abdomen, which i sometimes pass through fart, and sometimes as a burp, especially after food. i also hear gurgling noise in the lower abdomen sometimes. I sometimes suck my lower abdomen and hold it involuntarily when i stand. Please advise medication/ diet to resolve this issue. Can i take Zandu Pancharista as it is Ayurvedic and has fewer side effects?

Which is best test to be done in case of viral hepetitis. Sudden loss of appetite from 20 days. No feeling to eat food. Feeling excess cold. But no vomiting  , no abdominal pain, no swelling anywhere, no fever. Is it sign of viral hapetitis. Total Bilburin level  1.24 Direct 0.76 Indirect 0.48

I am having recurrent history of granular pharyngitis.Symptoms are throat irritation,Cough,fever and bit of acid reflux.Can any gastro kindly let me know if this recurrence is due to stomach issue.Due to my job profile my mid day meal or lunch get skipped most of the time.

I had a problem with h.pyroli bacteria , completed the two weeks antibiotic course after that I started the dexlansoprazole medicine and I used to take this medicine early in the morning (7.00 clock without any food)  two hours before the breakfast . Is it the correct way to take the medicine? In recent times I found that maroon colour blood in my stool and that has happened not frequently. Is this related to h.pyroli infection?

I am observing black greenish stool coming since last month. Its fairly irregular eg., once a week or something. FYI diet the day before is not a green diet. Also i don't feel any pain or something in stomach. What could be the reason for that?
