My husband is having right side lower abdomen constant pain , no evidence in ultrasound But constant pain , please advise wat to do next Will it be appendix

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection like pain in right lower abdomen . As you know that best treatment depend on the correct diagnosis and correct diagnosis depend on the complete history of the patient so please take consultation from a doctor and give complete history of the patient so that correct diagnosis will be make and then best treatment will be start

Reason of lower abdominal pain are many - 1-Constipation 2- Irritable Bowel Syndrome 3-food intolerance 4-Food allergy 5- Flu like virus etc 6- Appendicitis 7-Abdominal aortic aneurysm 8-Bowel blockage etc Take treatment as follow as Cap Pantop Dsr 1 time per day for 3 day before food. Tab Voberon sr 75 mg 1 time per day for 3 day after food for pain. Cap Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day for 3 day after food. If USG is not detected then don't worry you should do CT scan of Abdominal pain and if CT will not detected then do MRI of Abdominal area and If all is normal then it is only gastric reflex that cause some inflammation .

Right lower abdomen pain has many causes.Even if ultrasound scan is normal ,needs re examination by consulting a surgeon ,he may need CT scan of abdomen.

Right lower abdominal pain may be due to colitis,appendicitis ,constipation, distension of intestines etc. He may need clinical examination to evaluate the disease. You can give her Tab Meftospas now and if there is no improvement then please consult a surgeon for further advise

Nausea, vomiting,  low grade fever...?? Since how long he's having this pain ?
