Do you have meals on time ? Do u have breakfast every day ? Having meals on time is very very important
Next Steps
Have breakfast with in an hour or 2 hours after getting up, lunch by 1230-1300 mid evening snacks at 1630-1700 and dinner by 1930-2000 and sleep by 2200-2230 max 2300. Dinner should be the lightest meal of the day and breakfast to be the heaviest meal of day. Intake of food should go on decreasing as day progress.
Health Tips
If working in different shifts try and stick to timings as above and don't forget to have water around 2.5-3 liters daily and light exercise in the morning.
