Stomach Problems & Remedies

From Sunday evening I am having fever and stomach ache along with loose motions then my fever increased on Monday and I got also got chills in my stomach was paining then Tuesday we showed the doctor he diagnosed us which dysentery he said I have to wait two two three days and he gave medicine otherwise he told that will give intravenous dips . Almost I took all medicines on time , I am not having fever from yesterday but my stomach pains now and than and also I feel weakness and tasteless and I take more liquid and less food than also stomach is aching . And also blur eyes and my stools are watery What to do ?

Sir today I checked lft test result came Total billiburin 0.9 Albumin 4.0 Globulin 3.0 Sgpt 19 Sgot 39 but laboratory range 0-33 Sgot mild high Sgot/sgpt ratio around 2.0 This is danger or not

My husband is 31 year old and diagnosed with LAX LES, Pangastritis, Erosive Duodenitis in Upper GI Endoscopy. And Mild Proctitis in colonoscopy. Please let me know how serious it is? What all precautions/Diet I can follow for him. Thanks in Advance.

Hello doctors, I have had this acidity and gas problem for a long time . But since a few days I feel a burning sensation in the stomach and it leads to the mouth as well. I am taking digene liquid but the burning sensation exists. Many a time it happens in the middle of the night the burning sensation is so much that it leads to vomiting and after that I feel a bit better. Can you please let me know how it will be cured and any good medicine for it. Thankyou!!

Is any thing going blood from stool she had a low blood level 8.4 yesterday in her blood report is it normal

Stomach is aching sometimes after eating food  and gass is forming inside stomach and having a problem of indigestion also

From many days i am facing some problem that after eating breakfast or without breakfast I feel movement of gas in lower left side of stomach which also creates loud growling noise . The noise was some time so loud that it feel like farting sound. Please tell me how to stop this stomach sound and gas production. . Ps:- I stay in Pg in delhi because of college so i drink water of pg & also  eat pg food . So, does this can be reason that the food i eat my not suited me or my stomach so stomach create gas & noises . If it can be the reason so can i try to change my food because of this sound problem i am unable to attend my class properly i leave the classes in between.
