Pain in anus unable to sit, doctor advised surgery...please advise. Constipation unable to sleep properly.

Dear Sir, My aunty is facing the issue that, burning sensation in stomach and she feels that something heavy in the left side. She has checked endoscopy also but nothing is there. Finally they side liver size little increased with cholesterol and it will be cured with 15 days medication. But we haven't seen improvement after two visits. Please advise who is the specialist for this issue and what could be the reason.

Severe abdominal bloating over the past week and a half. Got a urine and blood test done. I need help going over the results.

I suffer from acidity and sometimes when I'm in the middle of a meal, I get a severe pain in my upper stomach area. Taking any medication does not help.
