Iv had a sore throat since this morning also a stomach ache and a fever of 99.7 its beenhurting I took a nap and woke up at 3:00

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Do warm salt water gargles. It must provide some relief. If it doesn't, then revert back to me so that I can prescribe you. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
